A full 7-day week at Aya from 17 May to 23 May 2026, in a magical valley in central Portugal.

This week is offered at €750, around 50% off the usual rate, so fellow retreat professionals can come receive too.

Some places are for singles, some are for couples. All are held in a beautiful space that can hold you the way you hold others.

A gentle meeting point between offering and receiving, woven into the wider Aya season.
How we will share
In a simple exchange from the heart.
- Opportuniy to host 2 group sessions during the week, in your own expertise
- Room to offer and receive 1 on 1 session, paid or as an exhange
- Share one of your favourite meals with the group (Just share your grocery list with us and we provide the ingredients.)
All is happening on a consent basis and no one is forced to do anything they do not feel comfortable with.
The spirit of the week
We are not looking for the most impressive or comparing to others in this week. We are providing a space for authentic connection and sharings from the heart.
This is not a recruitment process. It is an invitation into shared depth, community, and reciprocity.

Location and transport
Aya is located in the valleys of Villa Longa, close to Viseu.
Public transport is available to Viseu. From here we offer a shared transfer.
